Worksaver introduces new adapters for Westendorf loaders

Two new adapters are now available from Worksaver, Inc. for Westendorf loaders. These adapters are designed for either the TA-20 series or TA-40 series loaders and allow these loaders to use skid steer type attachments. The TA-20 series adapter interfaces with the Snap-Attach quick coupler on loaders with a center-to-center loader arm distance of 39 inches, offering a maximum capacity of 3,500 lbs.

The TA-40 series adapter interfaces with Snap-Attach quick coupler on loaders with a center-to-center loader arm distance of 45.5 inches, offering a maximum capacity of 3,500 lbs.

Sub-compact pallet forks from Worksaver

Worksaver is adding to its family of sub-compact pallet forks with models that feature 42” long forks. For sub-compact tractors up to 35hp, these pallet forks are rated at 1,250 lbs. for large property owners and provide more productivity in a small package and offer strength without added weight for maximum lifting capacity.

Model SSPF-1242 features the “universal” skid steer attaching system, while model JDPF-1242 offers the John Deere hook and pin quick attach mount. Both models use Class I forks that are 1.18” x 3” x 42” with the forks mounted to a 3/8” upper rail with 6-positioning notches, allowing the operator to find the fork spacing needed for the application.

The 36-Series Snow Pushers are designed for skid steers and tractors with loaders that use the “Universal” skid steer quick attach system. The snow pushers are also available for 400/500 Series John Deere loaders and loaders using the Euro/Global tool carrier. Available in widths of 8’ or 10’ and offered with a 1.5” x 8” reversible ultra rubber cutting edge. The rubber edge allows for use on asphalt as well as other surface types like decorative driveways, cobblestone or pavers.

Pallet forks for Sub-compact tractors.
Pallet forks for Sub-compact tractors with loaders will be on display at Booth #8843 at the National Farm Machinery Show from February 14-17, 2018 in Louisville, KY. Rated at 1,250 lbs. for the large property owners, they provide more productivity in a small package. Two models are available, the SSPF-1236 with “Universal” skid steer attaching system and the JDPF-1236 with the John Deere hook and pin quick attach mount. Both models use Class I forks, 1” x 3” x 36”, sized to allow the loaders on sub-compact tractors to do more.
 
Worksaver will also be showing its full adapter line, allowing users to convert their loader to the "Universal" Skid Steer quick attach system or the EuroGlobal standard. Also being exhibited is Worksaver’s recently introduced SATG Grapples (Sweep Action Tine Grapple), which offer an open tine bottom with sweep-in grapples, making it ideal for handling site demolition debris, rocks, brush, wood and metal.

Robotic welder helps weld grapples, snow pushers, snow blades and pallet fork frames.
A new Lincoln Automation Single Zone 55 RTU RO1 Robotic Welder was recently installed at Worksaver, Inc.’s facility in Litchfield, IL for welding grapples, snow pushers, snow blades and pallet fork frames including sub-compact pallet forks. A coordinated welding motion allows products to be rotated as they are being welded for improved efficiency.
 
Other features of this new robotic welder include a 6-axis robot arm with 79-inch reach and a 16-foot servo-driven robot track and travel carriage. The sliding tailstock features 72-inch travel with 12 positional increments.
